Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund, excluding transaction fees, if a request is made via email within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, refunds are subject to the discretion of Dreamify and our payment processor. We will make every effort to process your refund to ensure a positive experience, and if we can't process the refund, we may compensate you with more credits.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us at team@dreamify.art with your order details for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. The reason for the refund request must be clear and specific.
Refund Processing
Under those conditions, refunds will be processed immediately, but the time it takes for the funds to be transferred back to you depends on your bank and the payment processor. Typically, this can take 5-30 business days.
