AI Logo Generator

A logo has to survive being shrunk to a favicon, printed in one ink, and stamped on a business card. That means the winning shapes are almost always simple: a bold silhouette, a clean geometric mark, two or three flat colors at most. AI is very good at producing dozens of those silhouettes quickly, which is exactly what you want at the concept stage.

Use this generator the way a designer uses a sketchbook. Describe the business, the feeling you want, and the shape language, then generate ten or twenty variations and pick the two or three directions worth refining. Treat the output as a concept board, not a finished deliverable, and hand your favourite direction to a designer for vectorisation before you put it on packaging.

How to get better results

  • Always add "flat vector", "plain background" and "no text": AI models render lettering unreliably, so generate the symbol and set the wordmark yourself in real type.
  • Name a specific color pair rather than "colorful". Two colors reads as a brand, six reads as clip art.
  • Ask for "centered" and "symmetrical" when you want a mark that sits comfortably in an app icon.
  • Generate the same prompt three or four times with different seeds before changing the wording; the variance between seeds is often larger than the variance between similar prompts.

Best for

  • Early concept boards before hiring a designer
  • Side projects and MVP branding
  • Client pitch decks and moodboards
  • Naming and identity brainstorms

Recommended model

SDXL

SDXL holds clean edges and flat color fields better than the smaller models, which matters when a mark has to stay readable at small sizes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use an AI generated logo commercially?
Images you generate on Dreamify are yours to use, including commercially. That said, AI output is raster, not vector, and logo trademarkability depends on your jurisdiction. For anything you intend to register as a trademark, redraw the chosen concept as a vector file with a designer.
Why does the text in my logo look wrong?
Diffusion models generate letterforms as shapes rather than as type, so words often come out garbled. Generate the symbol only, then add your brand name in a real typeface using any vector or design tool.
How do I get a transparent background?
Prompt for a plain white or solid background and remove it afterwards, or use the Sticker Maker model, which is trained to output subjects on transparent backgrounds. Sticker Maker is available on Dreamify Studio plans.
